Our RA number will be issued and a copy faxed or e-mailed to you. Do not write on the outside of the manufacturer's box. All returns are to be sent freight prepaid. A restocking charge of 20% applies to all products returned that are not defective. All returned products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition. If product is stated to be defective, a copy must accompany products showing type of defect.
